I woke up at 4am to meditate and was greeted by the full moonπ, still glowing softly in the early morning sky. There's something really special about that hour when everything is so quiet, the world still asleep, and I'm just sitting there in that gentle space between night and day. The moon felt like a quiet friend, its soft light β¨ reminding me that even in dark moments, there's always calm to be found. As I sat in stillness, I could feel its presence around me, filling the room and my heart with peace π€. It was like the whole universe had paused with me, gently showing me that peace is always there, waiting in the quiet moments we sometimes forget to notice. π"

Since then I have been always looking to the stars and to the Moon for inspiration, courage and strength.
